Talus in Copenhagen for EAGE 2018
Talus Technologies is co-hosting a booth with OvationData Services at the 80th European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) conference. The largest, most comprehensive geoscience event in the world, the EAGE is being held in Copenhagen, Denmark – June 11-14, 2018. This multi-discipline geoscience conference includes a technical exhibition, presentations, workshops and courses that present the challenges and developments in geophysics, geology and reservoir and petroleum engineering.
The 2018 EAGE theme is to address the role of the exploration and production industry in a period of transition from a hydrocarbon-based society with a low-price environment for oil. In his welcome message, EAGE President Jean-Jacques Biteau wrote, “… we are seeing greater attention being paid to Big Data as an avenue to maximizing the value of current and legacy data”. Talus Technologies continues to bring efficiencies and precision to managing seismic data.
