New hours to support global clients

In an effort to better serve our global clients, we are extending our business hours. Starting in August of 2017, we will be operating on a 15-hour business day Monday to Thursday. Clients can call us for service and support between 8am and 11pm UTC, which is 3am to 6pm Central Time. Friday hours remain unchanged (2pm – 11pm UTC, 9am – 6pm CT).

In addition to extending our hours, we have activated a London-based support number to make it easier for our European clients to reach our central support office.
