Energy, Technology, Sustainability – the focus of EAGE 2017
Talus Technologies is attending the largest geoscience event in the world, the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) conference, in Paris, France from June 12-15. The 2017 EAGE theme is Energy, Technology, Sustainability, and comes with a call to assist the energy industry with new technologies and techniques for the global community of geoscientists. Talus and OvationData are co-hosting a booth at the EAGE to present the most recent developments with Exploration Archives and OvationData’s storage management services.
The highlight of our recent release includes a new module for managing licenses, entitlements and concessions. The new Exploration Archives License module, and integrated functionality, addresses the challenges of managing national data repositories. The License module allows data managers to create licenses to the sub-metre, and line and trace level. In conjunction with managing the license data, Exploration Archives extracts the information to auto-generate agreements, with the associated maps, in a Microsoft® Word® format.
